Partner and Consulting Chef Christopher Hodgson was a second-place contender on The Great Food Truck Race. Chef Hodgson was also a contestant on the 2013 season of Food Network’s Food Network Star. He has also been nominated by Food and Wine Magazine as a Top 100 Best New Chefs for 2013.

Driftwood Founder and Managing Partner Scott Kuhn and partner Chef Hodgson are spokespersons for Certified Angus Beef, the premier beef in America. They also work closely with local farms such organic Maplestar Farms, the famous Chef’s Garden, and local cheesemaker Mackenzie Creamery. It is because of these relationships that our guests eat the freshest and finest ingredients.
